All of our products come in sizes and colors which must be identified on our site, customers are responsible for choosing appropriate products and sizes before payment is made.
Once payment is made there will be NO window for refund. However, our friendly customer service professionals are always standing by to help resolve the return and change of any product that only falls within 24hours after delivery.
Note: Products delivered in perfect condition will NOT be accepted if returned with stains or any defect and Customer is liable to the full logistics cost.

Our exchange policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
